Check In: 15:00 hours.
Check Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellations:
Must cancel within 48 hours prior to arrival date, in order to avoid fee charges.

Cancellation policies for reservations made directly with the hotel.

• All cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival generate a penalty of 10% of the deposit for bank commission.
• Reservations canceled up to 24 hours before arrival, the penalty will be 50% of one night’s lodging.
• Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours, the same day of arrival or in case of no-show, generate a penalty of 100% of one night’s lodging.

No shows:

12-year-old minors are considered children. 13-year old minors and older pay full rate; 2 children under 12 can share the room with their parents.

Pets:
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking policy:
In the event that our Hotel cannot provide the lodging service contracted, our Hotel will find suitable alternatives to replace the contracted service, ensuring they are at least equal to or better than the original benefits.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
